The entire human society is built on communications. The linguistic communication provides people with many conveniences. However, as the Tower of Babel suggests, it can be Sisyphean. If we rethink about the whole procedure of communication, it is quick to realize that the subject and object of communication are all humans. The human body thus plays a weird role in communications. Humans can use the human body signs to encode messages, transmit signs through the human body, and finally receive and decode signs by the human body. With the emergence of technological inventions and contexts, the human body as a medium encountered a series of dramatic changes. -
The thesis book was divided into four issues to display the conceptual structure and design process of the thesis.
